The text that SATSair has filed for Chapter 7 has been added a couple of times by User:97.89.141.186 and User:Abxdoug. It has been removed once by User:OlEnglish as per WP:V as unreferenced and I tagged it the second time. User:97.89.141.186 added a ref of "Case Number 09-09730-hb", but that means nothing - what is that? Is it a court document? Which court? When was it filed and by whom? Is it available on line? We need more details to accept that as a reference. Since an incorrect statement that a business is in bankruptcy when it isn't the case could be potentially damaging, this really must be referenced properly as per WP:RS or removed swiftly. - Ahunt (talk) 19:33, 14 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
