- You should read this page: About Sail I didn't really know how to describe it in short, as English is not my native language. Basically it is just a lot of old, beautiful and big sailing boats together. --WS 19:56, 16 August 2005 (UTC)
- maritime comes form Latin mare meaning sea. Don't know about the time :) . And manifestation seems obvious. DirkvdM 08:30, 18 August 2005 (UTC)
- I changed "manifestation" to "event". I'm not a native speaker either, but I don't believe manifestation is used in English in the way we use manifestatie in Dutch. Not sure, but I guess that's what caused the confusion. Jaho (talk) 00:38, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

It desperately needs an image, and I guess there are thousands of people with pictures of this years sail in, but sadly I am not one of them... --WS 19:00, 17 August 2005 (UTC)
