The phrase “considered to be” constituted vague attribution (MOS:WEASEL). Foundational secondary sources on the origins of Critical Race Theory (e.g., Delgado & Stefancic, Critical Race Theory: An Introduction, p. 4) explicitly identify Richard Delgado as an early writer and originator of the movement alongside Derrick Bell and Alan Freeman (notable figure without a WP page. Adding red link). See https://ballotpedia.org/Alan_Freeman

The revised wording reflects documented scholarly consensus and removes unsupported hedging.
