Need some indication of %'s or figures.

Thought by whom ?

A SSE-SW orientation would coincide with any number of astronomical events. Why single out Lunar Observations and the Winter Solstice Sunset [ in the SSE ?]

The most that can be said is that they had such and such an alignment. It's purpose is unknown, unknowable, and given the range of orientations probably not important in any exact form to it's builders.
