This should not be a redirect to that Thai language thing, which is very obscure to all but a few specialists, whereas the money transfer system is used throughout the world. It is entirely wrong to base the decision on Wikipedia's internal links, as those to the Thai language thing will all have been inserted by a small group of specialists. In the real world people who type RTGS are far more likely to be interested in money transfer. ALL of the items on the first five pages of google search results for RTGS are about money transfer.
