Mordva Karatai

Please add to the main article: The village of Mordovskij Karatai is located on the west bank of Volga about eight kilometres south-west of the Russian (new) settlement Kuibyshevskij Zaton between villages Kirjelskoje and Sjukejevo. A small river named Mordovskaja flows through it.

Tetjushi District

Tetjushi District is located on the west bank of Rava (Volga) opposite Bolgar on the east bank of Itil (Volga). The Merdi (Mordva) Erza villages seems to be (according to names) at least: Malaja Turma, Bolshoi Turma, Kushkui, Tonsherma, Medvedevka, Kolunets, Kashka, Prodej-Kasha, and Koshki-Timbajevo.
