Too technical
[edit]Not the topic, not the explanations. But the piles of raw experimental data, rather than citedly summarizing the key details of the data and the conclusions in context. For example, (paraphrasing) "here is a table of NMR values, from this, it is clearly true that something..." is a good primary-reference journal article and maybe a Chem.Rev., but WP:NOTJOURNAL and WP:PRIMARY problems here.
