Revival of title 1859?

I could find no evidence anywhere to support the claim that the title of Prince de Conti was revived in 1859. Napoleon III was not a Bourbon and would have no reason to revive a Bourbon family title. The fact that the spurious genealogy ended with an "Anthony Conti" listed as living in New York City as of 2011 suggested vandalism. I corrected the genealogy (Louis Francois II was listed with incorrect dates as the first of the "revived" line), noting that the last Prince had only illegitimate children, and removed the false information.
