Not sure it should be added to IGBT as Power module can contain IGBT or MOSFET or others. I think it might be better to merge this with Power electronics Bluecombats (talk) 14:41, 12 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

This topic is definitely not to be merged with something else - it is part of power electronics and IGBTs may be part of power modules. However, power modules ar an own field of products, research and development. I will work on constantly improving this article ... MILANONAMO

No question that this needs to have its own page, as it is absolutely its own industry and field of study. I'm intending to add more information to it, hopefully improve the content a little bit. Ideally will find sources but it may take a while to find sources for very old stuff as it was industrial info and may not have made its way to the internet.
