I'm looking to add more specific information regarding plastoquinone's role in specific sites in the PSII complex, the use of the mitochondria targeted derivatives that were mentioned, as well as to start a section on the biosynthesis of plastoquinone. The side chain looks like a chain of isoprenyl units (as coenzyme Q10) - but is it cis-1,4-polyisoprene or trans-1,4-polyisoprene, or something else ? Rod57 (talk) 14:50, 20 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
