Pierre Chang (Lost) → Pierre Chang – At the time of this writing, Pierre Chang redirects to his section within the List of Lost characters-article. I think it would be better if this Pierre Chang (Lost)-article was moved to Pierre Chang since this article is specifically about the character in question as opposed to just the character's section within a "List of characters"-article. Furthermore, as far as I can tell, unless you count the redirect, Wikipedia does not (at the time of this writing) have any other articles called "Pierre Chang" so why disambiguate this article's title as Pierre Chang (Lost) as opposed to just naming it Pierre Chang? Hey @AdobongPogi:, I hope you are well :) I was trying to review this but honestly I struggled with the prose as there are several sentences of the plot section and other sections where it is difficult to understand without knowledge of the show, which is discouraged per WP:READERSFIRST. Before I review this fully, could you briefly go through the article and try to clarify anything (especially terms) that might require knowledge of the show? Hello @DaniloDaysOfOurLives, I would clarify to you several points regarding the article and the changes I have made. There are some parts that I missed when editing, and they may not be clear to readers who are unfamiliar with the show.

First, regarding Chang's role in the series:

• Chang is primarily a theoretical astrophysicist and senior scientist of the Dharma Initiative and is responsible for several of the organization's research projects and stations (You may also try reading the Wikipedia article about the Dharma Initiative for more context).
• Much of the information about the Dharma Initiative is introduced to viewers through the orientation films in which Chang appears.
• His character becomes increasingly important as the series reveals the history of the Dharma Initiative and the events leading to the Incident.

Second, regarding his orientation-film appearances and later in-person appearances:

• For much of the series, Chang is seen only through prerecorded Dharma Initiatve orientation films under different aliases.
• In the fifth season, the audience finally sees Chang in person during the Dharma Initiative's operations in the 1970s, allowing his character to be explored beyond the instructional recordings.

Third, regarding the timeline and order of appearances (which is reflected in my recent edits to the "Arc" section):

• Chang's appearances are not presented in a continuous episode-by-episode storyline. Instead, they are spread across multiple episodes and seasons. (Means, he does not appear in every episode)
• Early appearances consist mainly of orientation films discovered by the survivors, while later appearances occur during the time-travel storyline (Season 5).
• Because of this structure, I organized the section to follow Chang's chronology and role in the narrative rather than simply listing every appearance in broadcast order.

Fourth, regarding his first appearance:

• Chang first appears in the orientation film viewed by Locke and Jack after they discover the Swan station hatch. Although Desmond does not personally hand them the film or play it for them, he reveals its existence and provides the information needed to locate it.
• Additional orientation films featuring Chang are later discovered at other Dharma Initiative stations.

Fifth, regarding Chang's relationship with Miles:

• During the 1977 storyline, Chang is initially unaware that Miles, Hurley, Jin, and several other characters have traveled from the future. As events unfold, Chang becomes suspicious of Miles and begins questioning him.
• Miles eventually confirms that he is Chang's future son. At the same time, the infant version of Miles is living with Chang and his wife on the Island, while the adult Miles observes his family from the future.

Sixth, regarding the origin listed as "Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.":

• This information comes from the Dharma Initiative recruitment booth video presented during Comic-Con 2008, where Chang identifies Ann Arbor, Michigan as his place of origin. (You may check here, 1)
• The Gizmodo article currently cited discusses the video in 2009, but the video itself was originally released during Comic-Con 2008. It means they different.

Hey, I am so sorry - I have been so busy with my new job and moving that I completely missed this, I am so sorry! Thank you so much for your explanations. The article is well sourced and well written and appears neutral and stable. I also cannot see any sourcing issues and earwig shows no issues. Here are my comments:

1. Most of the last paragraph of the lead is not included in the main body - could you please move it down there?
2. Can you clarify which island "the Island" is? Or link it?
3. "describes an earlier incident" - Can you please explain what happens/what the incident was?
4. Is there any info on why he uses so many aliases?
5. Could you please write in the "Arc" bit details about realising that Miles is his son?
6. Is it possible to link and/or explain the "flash-sideways timeline"?
7. "his character who works within Dharma science while making decisions that affect others, including sending his family off the Island for safety reasons" - I think the "who" needs to be removed or the sentence needs rewording
8. "considered one of the memorable recurring character in the series" - I think this needs rewording - one of the most memorable recurring characters maybe?
9. "Chang was placed 38th" - Could you please note out of how many characters they listed?
10. "commenting that "smart men make bad dads." - Can you please clarify that a writer from the website commented that, not the character?
11. I ran the Iabot to archive several sources - if you could please archive the remaining ones that would be amazing!

Hello @DaniloDaysOfOurLives, you may check my edits regarding your recent comments. I linked "the Island" and "flash sideways" because they are terms which are related to the series' material. "The Island" is part of the show's mythology, while the "flash sideways" pertains to an element of the series to a narrative technique used in sixth season. If you could please deal with #1 (about moving the last paragraph into the main body) that would be great :) I have spotchecked Sources #29 and #22 - there is an issue as Source #22 does not verify what it is meant to.
