• disagree. Keep separate. While similar in name, the two offices cover different juristictions and have different legislation underpinning their roles. The pieces of legislation that have recently been passed gives them different powers, and they sit among different systems of governance. The text in the articles is short becasue it is still very early in terms of the establishment of these commissioners, but they will likely operate in different manners, facing different challenges.
