@TarnishedPath:, The source for P. laciniata are type localitied in strata of the Reading Formation outcropping in the Cold Ash quarry, near Newbury, Berkshire England. Is Crane (1981) The fossil plants were collected from Cold Ash Quarry, (SU5017 13) 6 km northeast of Newbury, Berkshire, where they occur in small clay and silt pockets amongst unconsolidated cross-bedded sands. The full Crane paper is available thought Wily in the WP Libary.

For Hells Half acre Both Palaeocarpinus pterabaratra and Palaeocarpinus pteravestigia have the designated type locality of "Hells Half acre", UF locality 18,250, with P. pterabaratra also being known from UF locality 15740e, which is 3.1 km (1.9 mi) south-southeast of Hells Half Acre on the Powder River. The Correa-Narvaez and Manchester (2021) citations are numerous and include Palaeocarpinus pteravestigia fruits occur lower in the stratigraphic section at Hell’s Half Acre than P. pterabaratra.
