I added links to the project's repo and website. The latter, however, is ocaml.xyz which is blocked due to wikipedia's current policy on the .xyz tld, so I put the text there but not a live link. I've requested whitelisting of the OWL site at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_talk:Spam-whitelist#ocaml.xyz . When this is approved, we should update the infobox to hold a live link.
