Added section on the Buchinger fasting guidelines
[edit]In response to the cap note "promotes the subject in a subjective manner without imparting real information", and because I was curious about "real information," I found some specifics about what the fasting regimen actually entails. It appears that, because there is a specific method, the criterion of "repeatability" is satisfied, so even though much of the vocabulary ("multimodal", "mind-body methods") is definitely in the realm of non-science, the regime, being specific and repeatable, can be used in medical studies.
