Tiani or Tchiani

Hey all,

So there seems to be some confusion whether his surname ought to be spelt Tchiani or Tiani. On Nigerien TV he shared his CV and it said "Tiani" on it; his "official" (it's unsure if this is his real account?) account, however, says "Tchiani". Reuters, France24, ABC, Yahoo, and others use Tiani, whereas Al Jazeera, BBC, DW, The Guardian, and others use Tchiani.

It's been a month without an image

@Wkpdsrnm2023; @Yousifali777: I agree completely that it was a problem that this article has lacked a photograph of Tchiani for so long. As I wasn't able to find an image in the public domain or freely licensed under creative commons, I have uploaded a low resolution photograph as non-free content. @Yousifali777: That's something that I would need to do more research on. Brice Oligui Nguema has a lot more photographs of him available than Tchiani does, so it's possible that there are some freely licensed images of him out there. --Grnrchst (talk) 13:32, 26 March 2024 (UTC)
