Tauhindaulis were Wintu, not Okwanuchu

The Tauhindaulis were Wintu, not Okwanuchu. Further, there is no evidence of any permanent settlement at Upper Soda Springs before the arrival of the 49ers. The Okwanuchu likely moved from seasonal camp to seasonal camp, following the salmon, game and other food sources.
