The big question?

[edit]

Of course the big question is what the people of Glasgow will actual call it cos it will not be known as the Scottish Hydro Arena. My money is on the Flying Saucer or The big pie! Bjmullan (talk) 21:45, 14 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Finished?

[edit]

I assume the Hydro arena is now finished as my mother was at the Jehovah's Witnesses convention there last week? Grievous Angel (talk) 08:33, 9 September 2013 (UTC) Or is it maybe only partly finished?Reply

SEC Ltd.

[edit]

What is "SEC Ltd." referring to in the beginning of SSE_Hydro#Background? It looks like it might be referring to the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre. --Halfak (WMF) (talk) 15:53, 12 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

This refers to the SECC, it has been updated. Mikgregor (talk) 18:20, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Capacity

[edit]

Is the 13,000 capacity quoted all seater? Does the Hydro only host all seater events? If not, what is the capacity range as most venues have a higher capacity for partly or wholly standing events? Gwladys24 (talk) 20:11, 8 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Standing is 1,000 capacity, the SSE Hydro timeline claims it is a 12,000 seated arena, the official arena capacity is 13,000Mikgregor (talk) 18:19, 21 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
