O.S.C.A. MT-4 → OSCA MT4 – Simplified version of the name as per common usage. Nearly all motorsports entries in WP style the company name OSCA. Article uses "MT4" rather than MT-4 throughout, as does the German entry and Italian article. "Osca" is unsuitable since it is an acronym after all. In older sources, I also see MT 4 used with some frequency. There is no single right answer (although "MT-4" feels inappropriate, so I think the most elegant and easy to type version should win out.
