Portland "quadrant" categories

I labeled this article with the Hayden Island (neighborhood), North and Northeast Portland categories. The former because Hayden Island is neither a subcategory of N or NE PDX categories (it straddles both). It is uncertain to me if North Portland Harbor specifically refers to the area west of I-5 or not. I assumed the Harbor refers to the entire body of water separating Hayden Island from the mainland, in which case it relates to N and NE Portland. If it does not refer to the water east of I-5, please remove the NE PDX category. ---Another Believer _(Talk) 01:15, 21 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
