[edit]There are 3 instances of +3 V when referring to Vbb for the PACE. The PACE data sheet states Vbb is Vss+3 V, where Vss is the +5 V supply. So Vbb is +8 V as per the pin out diagram near the top of the page. For the INS8900, a 7404 cannot be used as a clock generator. The clock input CLKX is an MOS level input, with a nominal voltage swing requirement of 0-12 V. See data sheet https://bitsavers.org/components/national/_dataSheets/INS8900_dataSheet.pdf . A suggested clock driver circuit is shown on page 14. It uses all six inverters in a 74C04 powered by the +12V supply. 16Runner (talk) 09:56, 7 June 2026 (UTC)
