The Japanese LGBT community primarily uses the "MTF/FTM" terms, with FTM (female to male) being the term transgender men use to label themselves. ゲイタチ translates to "gay top".

If there's any doubts Chrono is describing himself in that part of his Twitter bio, there is this tweet above. "近所の婦人科さんは私がFTMだという事も配慮してくれて、とても良いのですよ" is written in it which roughly translates to "The neighborhood gynecologist took into consideration the fact I'm FTM, which is very good".
