The part that says "By vaporization NMT shows activity at 50-100mg, with a duration of 45-70 minutes.[6][7]" is perhaps inaccurate. The sentence directly contradicts one of the two sources cited, namely TiHKAL. From TiHKAL (First Edition, p. 574, last paragraph): "I have had one report that the smoking of 50-100mg gave visuals that lasted for maybe 15 seconds." The duration stated by Shulgin directly contradicts the duration listed on the wiki page. With no further details, the TIKAL report could be described as the more questionable.The largest number of reported NMT human bio-assays (approx 7) were reported by Nen at a lecture at EGA conference in Victoria, Australia, 2011. Strong visuals were reported to last approx. 30 seconds, while overall effects (predominantly NON-VISUAL) lasted 40-70 minutes. I believe this is the most up to date research of the human psychoactivity of NMT yet done.
