Launch date?

I've found that the launch date is inconsistent across Wikipedia and external sources. See Talk:Mir#Core_module_launch_date? for details. -- 195.176.112.147 (talk) 13:01, 20 February 2019 (UTC)

Has anyone found an answer for this yet? The date will continue to be referred to February 20th in this article unless someone can prove otherwise. Unbreakify (talk) 12:28, 22 May 2026 (UTC)

Article rewrite

I have done a complete and total re-write of this article to bring it up to a more acceptable standard. Not to mention the information in the previous revisions was extremely duplicated. I have used the sources in the original article and have added a few new ones.

If it is allowed, or i don't get a response telling me it isn't; i will be doing the same to other Mir module articles over time, as nearly every Mir article is not up to a standard like the ISS modules! Unbreakify (talk) 12:23, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
