This article is lopsided

James Bowley gets nearly half again as many words (not counting citations) as the whole rest of the history combined. I have no problem with his incident being mentioned/explained, but the degree to which it dominates the article is lopsided: does this imbalance accurately represent the article's subject? We encourage you to be bold in updating pages, because wikis like ours develop faster when everybody edits. The current section appears to give significant weight and detail to a single personnel matter. I’d like to propose a shorter, more neutral version for consideration:
