This article was created by a user who is now indefinitely blocked, and looks quite strange — in fact, it has been like that since its very creation. Slightly roughly speaking, it contains some randomly written statements and random references to support them. Starting from the very beginning: saying that Katsnelson specializes in graphene ripples is the same as take a good specialist in the computational complexity theory who has, among other things, written a paper about fast multiplication, and say in the intro that he "... specializes in multiplication". And it goes on and on.
