@MargaretRDonald: This seems better addressed at Template talk:WPBannerMeta, as it is not limited to this page, nor even these talk templates. I found a number of relevant conversations in that talk page archive. Thanks, @NessieVL: It was an idle question, rather than a burning issue. But as you can see, there is a statement now at the bottom of this talk page which states that the default sort of the article is now overwritten (and given that the default sort of the article is identical to that given by you with listas, it seems a bit of overkill/unnecessary to me.)
