There are only two items on this page and one of them looks dubious to me as I cannot find memory cell mentioned in either of the target articles. Can anyone help by showing me where it is mentioned before I eliminate that one too and create a redirect for this page. Abtract (talk) 16:00, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Memory B cell is right to be mentioned here. Since I study Artificial Intelligence, I have also come across the wording of "memory cells" (or at least equivalents in my mother tongue) in computer science. But whether that's inspired by biology, and/or if the place where bits are stored in the English language are called "cells", I can't tell. sgeureka tc 09:59, 17 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
