Plot clarification needed

Copy editor here, I have no idea about the plot of this show but it seems like some of the summaries under Cast are contradictory or confusing. It would be nice to have someone familiar with the plot go through and correct anything that I may have funged. Specifically,

Does Bharat actually support both Sheel and Vaishnavi?
What does the phrase "comes to accept Vaishnavi more than her daughter" mean? It appears twice, in Usha Bachani and Sai Ballal, and rears its head again in Seema Malik as "loves Vaishnavi more than her sister". It's technically proper, but sort of confusing to me.

There should probably be a proper, separate Plot section anyway, but I am in no way qualified to make it.
