The final sentence of the mash tun section currently reads:

Using a lauter tun limits the breweries to single-step infusion mashing, however, because such a vessel is not completely appropriate for the lautering process[cite?].

I'm guessing "lautering process" was written instead of "mashing process" by mistake. Even with that change though, it seems like an odd claim to make, especially given the rising popularity of all-in-one brewing systems at the homebrew level. What would prevent a small scale commercial brewery from using a single vessel for a multi-step mash and lautering? 193.61.207.188 (talk) 19:59, 17 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
