Australian Pronunciation

The citation article for Australians pronouncing the word maroon differently is straight up just a random user-submitted opinion piece of a person saying "my mates told me it was pronounced this way, swear on me mum". As a Perth-based Australian myself, where the writer of that article claims to have been at the time, I have never heard this supposed alternate pronunciation used, and I would suggest that the claim be removed from the article unless a more credible source to cite can be provided.203.63.139.148 (talk) 17:38, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

I don't see any evidence that this color is discussed in this article and plan to delete it from the list per this discussion: Talk:List_of_colors#New_approach_to_review_of_entries
