Proposed merge of Balushahi (Bihari cuisine)

I propose merging Balushahi (Bihari cuisine) into Makhan Bada. The topics are closely related and appear to describe the same or highly similar sweets, differing mostly in regional naming and slight variations. A combined article could better explain the different regional names and variations.
