Change of article name

This article was moved without discussion from Lviv Bus Factory to Lviv Bus Plant on 19 September 2011. Why? The word 'factory' is a better translation than 'plant'. In any case, if you were to translate it using the word 'plant', it should be qualified as 'manufacturing plant' - so Lviv Bus Manufacturing Plant would be acceptable.--Toddy1 (talk) 06:28, 21 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
