Victory Valley Towers

Are the Victory Valley Towers still under construction? I cannot find any photos, only what seems like concept art, and searching on Google seems to indicate that they are not yet complete. Why the hell should Delhi get the credit for tall buildings built in a totally different state with a different government? Let Mr AK49 build tall buildings in Delhi and improve Delhi. Lucknow in the list of under construction buildings in Delhi NCR

Verified source for height of M3M IFC?

Does anyone have a verified source which has the precise height of M3M IFC? None of the usual sources like CTBUH or Emporis have the height mentioned. I could not even find this project on the RERA portal. Sawarijoshi (talk) 10:58, 3 May 2025 (UTC)

Status of Supernova Spira

Shouldn’t this be listed in the Under-construction section? It is clearly not completed or topped out.

Based on historical Street View imagery and recent pictures of the building posted on its Google listing, it appears that not even a single new floor has been added to the Supernova Spira building in the past year. Construction appears to be on hold. Moreover, the latest images (from a week ago) show only 63 floors above ground, which is significantly lower than the 80 floors mentioned on this page. If the building is indeed topped out, then the height of the building is definitely not 300m.

@Sawarijoshi firstly, i want to apologize for such a late reply to your post which i see was on 22nd September, I see you had mentioned me here but somehow i didn't get notified . To get to the point Supernova Spira is indeed On Hold, however it had topped out in the time between 2020-2022 as mentioned here this Delhi NCR page does include on hold buildings with the precondition that they have atleast topped out, as mentioned in the fist paragraph of the tallest buildings list.

Similar buildings include Raheja revanta also Bahria Icon tower in Pakistan note that the Bahria icon tower finds itself present in all pages including this List of tallest buildings in South Asia page despite being on hold for over 5 years. Joy goel (talk) 08:15, 4 October 2025 (UTC)

Thank you for confirming the building status. If the building was indeed topped out prior to construction being put on hold in 2022, then the claimed height (300m) and claimed floor count (80) are very likely incorrect. If you look at any recent picture of Spira, you’ll find that there are only 63 floors above ground. This is much lower than the claimed floor-count of 80 in every single Wiki page where Spira is listed. Do we have a verifiable source which confirms that construction did indeed reach 300m before being put on hold in/prior to 2022? The floor count certainly didn’t reach anywhere close to 80. @Sawarijoshi I have gone through various sources all of them say that spira is 300m with 80 floors this is the CTBUH link .

@Joy goel Thank you for sharing these links. The top portion of the building structure (as of today) looks nothing like these elevation drawings or digital renders. The slab work in the actual building has only been completed till just below the helipad level. When compared to this, the actual building seems to be completed till only around the 260m level. None of the floors above the helipad (with the sloping facade) appear to have actually been built.

While there is absolutely no doubt that the architectural drawings and renders of Spira all clearly state 300m and 80 floors, I suspect that all 80 floors haven’t actually been built yet.

One can easily compare these proposed elevation drawings with the actual building (in reality) and notice that there are at least 10-12 floors missing at the top (look above the double-height refuge floor at the top). Here’s one example video of Spira from earlier this month in which you can clearly count less than 70 floors built. Sawarijoshi (talk) 19:03, 4 October 2025 (UTC)

@Sawarijoshi thanks for sharing that YouTube video, however I don't think we can use a YouTube video to ascertain the metrics of a buildings as that would fail WP:VERIFY I'm sure you would know that we need verifiable sources for information here, CTBUH and Skyscraper Page both say that the building is 300m with 80 floors, so as of now we need to go by that, when i can find a verifiable source which gives the actual height and floor count of the building i will update this page with that data, if you have any verifiable source for the metrics of Spira please share it here with me and i will update the info accordingly.Thanks. @Joy goel I totally agree. I’m not suggesting the use of that YouTube video as a citation. All I’m saying is that although these elevation diagrams do state the proposed height as 300m and proposed number of floors as 80, it is evident beyond any doubt that the building hasn’t actually been topped out with 80 floors. @Joy goel RK Arora, the chairman of Supertech Group, stated in June 2024 that only “68 floors of the Spira building had been built”. [Source: Hindustan Times] This count of 68 floors aligns exactly with the architectural elevation, when you compare the actual building with the proposed elevation and digital renders.

Construction on Spira had already halted prior to 2024 and there is no evidence (neither documentary through news publications nor visual through real-life images/videos) that construction has resumed beyond the 68th floor. Sawarijoshi (talk) 06:16, 6 October 2025 (UTC)

@Joy goel, the revised elevation plans of Spira (with the reduced number of floors) are also available on the Supertech website, with the floor numbers clearly mentioned. The revised elevation plan is as follows:

Level 0-4: Parking

Level 5-17: Spira Residences

Level 18: Refuge floor

Level 19-43: Spira Suites

Level 44: Refuge floor

Level 45: Clubhouse / Club S

Level 46-58: Spira Offices

Level 59-66: Spira Sky Villas

Level 67: Space S

Level 68: Helipad and Observatory

Despite being marketed as the "80th floor observatory," the actual structure comprises only 68 floors, as confirmed by multiple credible sources. The elevation plans (linked above) available on the official Supertech website align precisely with recent construction images and corroborate the statement made by the Supertech Chairman in 2024, who confirmed that only 68 floors have been built.

In my view, the Hindustan Times article is a highly credible and recent source, particularly because it directly quotes the Supertech Chairman. Moreover, the revised floor count of 68 is further validated by the Supertech website itself and on-ground visual evidence. All indicators consistently point to a floor count of G+68.

While the 300m height figure was accurate according to older documents published prior to 2024, those plans have since been revised. Even the digital renders of the building published on the Supertech website now show fewer floors than the initial drawings and also a changed terrace and observatory design. For reference, here is an example of the older elevation design - the building looks nothing like this anymore and the entire top section of about 10 floors doesn't exist in the revised building plans. @Sawarijoshi Is there any mention of Spira's current height in any of these documents? I have gone through some of them but couldn't find any mention of its height. However its quite evident that the floor count is actually 68 and not 80, for a Mixed use building 68 floors generally means a height in the range of 265 - 275m. @LivinAWestLife Any recommendations on how to proceed? The TLDR is that Supernova Spira, which is supposedly the third-tallest building in India at 300m and 80 floors, doesn’t actually have 80 floors. Its plans were revised (details above) and only 68 floors have been completed with no further floors being added. Architectural drawings of the revised plans have not been published online but estimates (based on floor-rise calculations and comparisons with its neighbouring skyscrapers) put the height around 270m. As of now, every single wiki list mentions Spira’s height as 300m and 80 floors. In the absence of a reliable source for the revised height, what should be done? Since it's not a completed building it should be on the under construction section and marked as on hold, and with the revised estimated height instead of the former height of 300 m and 68 floors, reflecting the most up to date information.
