Archive link partially broken

I added an archive link for Linthicum station#cite ref-7 - however, the only archived version does not have the full article text and I wasn't able to find any other archives of the article. Not sure if there's a defined process for what to do when that happens, but I figured that having at least part of the article available was better than not having it available at all.
