Document FISA database errors

Just began this. When the races are over (in 3 days) I will remove the division times and add the final order. After that I will {attempt to} update the bumps tables with what occurred - I haven't done one yet but I have found the 'How to' now and this will be good practice before the mays (plus i need to do Mays 2010). All done. Just a note to say that Hughes Hall on Day 2 bumped up on Addenbrokes to become the 3rd-4th division sandwich boat before double-over-bumping Fitzwilliam M2 in the ensuing race. There is currently no graphic designed that can illustrate this within the bumps table used (I doubt there will ever be - it was the most incredible row). I used the nearest fit of lines but have had to sacrifice the division demarcation and Fitz's connection to Day 3 - I think it is reasonably clear what occurred, especially if you follow the names rather than the lines, but I just thought to clear that up.
