Did Lansdowne keep the letter for a year?
[edit]Or is there a typo in the explanation? It says that Lansdowne circulated a paper to Cabinet in November 1916, and that the letter was published in November 1917.
Did Lansdowne shelve the proposal for a year, or should it be that he circulated the letter to Cabinet in November 1917? Mr Serjeant Buzfuz (talk) 17:02, 1 August 2026 (UTC)
