Seewolf I have tagged you as you have edited in this regard, in different ways. Time for consensus.

There is no doubt that Van de Welde is a convict, a disgusting person, and should never be around women and children. However we have to consider what relevance naming his horrendous crimes have to this article. At the moment, they are the acts of someone he didn't even choose to have in his family.

There may well be sources specifically about Behrens and these facts (hopefully that he has disowned his sister for marrying a paedophile) and we can include that, but until then I don't find it fair to detail a crime on the page of someone who had nothing to do with it.
