Can Kentish be used, as the article says, as "an adjective for things relating to the English county of Kent". A Kentish Man is a man from West of the River Medway, whereas a man from the east of the Medway is a Man of Kent. The implication is that Kentish pertains only to West Kent. The town of Ashford, described as a Kentish town in the article on Mersham should perhaps be described as a town of Kent.:) -- Timberframe (talk) 23:54, 6 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
