Hello. I would like to request two updates to this article. Kenneth Jacobs is no longer Lazard's Senior Chairman (he remains Senior Advisor) and he has been elected chairman of Vanguard Group's board.

Please update Jacobs' title in the lead and the infobox, and add to the third paragraph of the "Biography" section: As of July 2026, Jacobs no longer holds the title of Senior Chairman and continues to serve as a Senior Advisor to the firm.^[1]^[2]

Please add the new Vanguard position to the Biography section: In July 2026, Jacobs was elected non-executive chairman of Vanguard Group's board of directors, effective January 1, 2027.^[2]^[3]
