Shaw has been criticized for supporting nationwide injunctions against policies enacted by Republican U.S. presidents but opposing them when the courts file injunctions against Democrat policies.^[2]

Support. References show that the American is known simply as "Kate Shaw", and pageviews show that she is the topic most readers are seeking. Our article on the Australian Kate Shaw describes her as an Australian academic, planning activist and commentator. The article, which is riddled with [citation needed] tags, goes on to describe her academic work and publications in urban planning and urban renewal as well as her public advocacy and non-academic writing. She doesn't appear to hold the 'professor' title anywhere and it's not clear that she ever did. '(urban planning researcher)' might be an appropriate tag.
