Adding the flag of the Kannada but with a "De-facto" note under it explaining the situation

from my knowledge the flag is occasionally flown in government usage - should it be added with a note that it isn't official? ⛿ WeaponizingArchitecture | yell at me 19:33, 28 February 2025 (UTC)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Karnataka has only one official language which is kannada. Recently Tulu is declared as 2nd additional administrative language for only 2 districts (dakshina kannada and udupi) , it is still not official yet as confirmed by CM of Karnataka. However the media wrongly written articles which are published here. Kindly provide the permission to edit the same . PuruVS (talk) 16:50, 18 September 2026 (UTC)
