I think this topic could be most easily fleshed out by adding more information about Konqueror and it's relation to the KIO slaves. This would be a practical demonstration of what (K)IO slaves are and what they can do. -- Klepas 08:27, 13 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I feel that the KIO page should be split up. If the KDE IO section is to get bigger, as the previous poster requested, then having one article with both computer information and information on a rebellious organization does not seem correct.
