This is a round-robin move that should have either been requested at WP:RM/TR or directly of me (a page mover). In my estimation, the final title should be KESS undisambiguated. I'd like to leave a note for the record that there will be some legal delay in processing this due to the 2025 United States federal government shutdown, but there should not be an impediment in processing this on the encyclopedia, and I will be closing and handling this one. The application had been filed with the FCC on September 26; the soonest the change would have been approved is six days, or October 2. @Mvcg66b3r many links need adjusting to repoint to the correct titles; please do this.
