Modest expansion

The page as it previously stood was a bit of a list of facts, rather than a coherent account, and, when set against the status of Naylor in the fell-running community and the pages on other fell-runners, a bit short. I have expanded it a bit, adding an explicit but short biography section and separating the facts of the achievements from the commentary on them.

The "achievements" section is almost entirely the various records set rather than race wins. Someone with more in depth knowledge than me might want to add some of the key race wins.

The page as it stood did not provide individual citations for the various records. I have added a couple, and if it is considered appropriate, no doubt citations could be found for all the rest.

I have added one assessment paragraph, highlighting the running through adversity, the generosity, and hinting at the issues around the subsequent McDermott and Hartell records. This is inevitably a bit more subjective but it feels necessary to me to convey something of the culture within which Naylor set his achievements rather than just the bare records themselves.
