it's now over 100 hours since i have had running water in san juan. the mayor's office has no website. if you try to call, you just get disconnected. you cannot even reach an operator. PR is a failed state with no government. they cant even provide running water in the capital city. the pipes are always breaking. the water authority has no information. it is almost impossible to even connect by phone with the water dept. the links on their webpage dont work. PR should never get statehood. it is backward in all respects. [dont eat the mofungo]
