Separate Baron Habgood for the Baronetcy

[edit]

Hello, does anybody know if there are any guidelines or protocols in place for creating and editing pages to do with the Aristocracy ? Let me explain the problem, Aristocrats presents particular problems because they have a variety of names, honourifics and titles and these titles go down the generations. Ive been editing Francis Habgood who will inherit John Habgood's title when he dies. But Baron Habgood is a redirect page to John Habgood it occurs to me Baron Habgood should really be a different page to explain the baronetcy itself.  Preceding unsigned comment added by Hmcst1 (talkcontribs) 17:16, 14 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Title of John Habgood

[edit]

The picture is accompanied by the wording 'John Habgood'. I note that an earlier edit had 'The Lord Habgood'. I assume this is correct, and that 'John' crept in in error at some point? ~2026-16110-00 (talk) 11:08, 14 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

Sorry - I meant to say that *Donald* has crept in at some point. It was obviously not his name! ~2026-16110-00 (talk) 11:10, 14 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
