An encyclopedia doesn't care if you think he's the best person in the world; An encyclopedia cares for notability of people when it comes to biographies.

Please read WP:BIO, and provide links to prove the notability of this person: staff listings (in english, please!), articles published by him, awards received, congresses, etc.
