Jackshafts are not train-specific

Looking through the list of redirects that might need to be moved to the train-specific article, the references aren't actually referring to a specific train by that name but are also really just referring to the generic mechanical part.

I don't see how this article became so train-specific in the first place, since so many devices use these. But it's probably because ethusiasts with very specific interests edit Wikipedia, but not necessarily mechnical engineers that edit Wikipedia.
