Lake Irvine?

Who calls it Lake Irvine? The sign at the front gate says Irvine Lake (I'll post a photo of the gate on Commons later), the official newsletter is titled Irvine Lake (this I can't show you for obvious copyright reasons), and the official website is IrvineLake.net. I'm really curious why Lake Irvine is a better title for this article. Nandaro (talk) 19:23, 26 February 2014 (UTC)

Lake Irvine → Irvine Lake – Wikipedia seems to be the only place where the lake is referred to as Lake Irvine. The sign at the front gate, the official newsletter and the official website call it Irvine Lake. Nandaro (talk) 15:31, 12 March 2014 (UTC)

ownership of Lake

For over 92 years Serrano Water District owned 25% of Irvine Lake. On January 15, 2025, Serrano Water District transferred it's ownership of the Lake and Dam to Irvine Ranch Water District.
